Is your organization internationally active in the health sector? And are you curious about your business opportunities in the reconstruction of Ukraine? Then come along to the NL Lounge and mission to the Rebuild Ukraine conference in Warsaw. The mission is from June 23 to 25, 2024. And is led by the envoy for reconstruction of Ukraine, Roderick van Schreven.
During the Rebuild Ukraine conference in Warsaw you will learn more about planned reconstruction projects. You will also come into contact with important Ukrainian organizations.
The Rebuild Ukraine conference will take place on June 24 and 25, 2024 in Warsaw.
Participants in this NL Lounge and conference will travel to Warsaw on June 23, 2024. We organize a kick-off and networking meeting, in collaboration with the Dutch embassy in Warsaw.
The Netherlands has its own NL Lounge at the conference. Dutch participants may use this lounge as a reception and information room and to have conversations. Matchmaking also takes place in the NL Lounge.
The organization is still working on the NL Lounge program and Rebuild Ukraine mission. In any case, the program includes:
• participation and visit to the Rebuild Ukraine Conference;
• starting and networking meeting (kick-off meeting);
• matchmaking;
• attending the conference networking meeting;
• information session
For whom?
Participation in this NL Lounge and mission is open to Dutch companies, knowledge institutions and other organizations active in Life Sciences & Health (LSH) with a focus on:
- rehabilitation
- mental health
- healthcare infrastructure
You can network at a high level because many Ukrainian municipalities and ministries come to the conference.
The Dutch government is committed to more diversity. We therefore particularly encourage female entrepreneurs to join us on this mission.

Programme

Costs and participation
Participation costs €500 per organization (1 person per organization). You pay €250 for each additional person.These costs include:
• participation and presentation in the NL Lounge;
• kick-off reception;
• matchmaking;
• networking meeting from the trade fair organization;
• local support by the organization;
• 1 access pass for the conference.
Travel and accommodation costs are at your own expense and risk. After registration we will inform you further about accommodation options. You are free to arrange your own travel and accommodation.

Sign up for the NL Lounge and Rebuild Ukraine mission. You can register until May 20, 2024.Participation in this mission is only open to Dutch companies and knowledge institutions that fit within the above-mentioned design and substantive focus of this mission. Registration and automatic confirmation of receipt therefore do not mean that you can automatically participate in the trade mission.
You will receive a final confirmation of your participation after the registration period has closed.
Please note, if you work for a Dutch organisation in the Netherlands or for a Dutch organisation abroad, please, register as a Dutch participant.
The mission is organised by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Dutch embassies in Kiev and Warsaw and Task Force Health Care. The matchmaking is organised by Enterprise Europe Network.
